A German podcast helps international students to learn the language, because it advances the auditory comprehension. But wouldn’t it be great to read the corresponding script in your own language, while listening? This way you can look up words you didn’t understand in the podcast – and you don’t miss any important information. So help us to make the scripts available in as many languages as possible!
How does that work?
It’s simple: you choose one or several episodes, which you would like to translate. How about your favorite episodes? Tell us via email which episodes you chose. We will send you the scripts and you can take as much time translating them, as you need. The new script is uploaded to the website - with your name of course. You get an official acknowledgement, which proves that you helped translating voluntarily. You can show this to your university, or your future boss. By the way, we want to process the translated scripts to podcasts – that way you can listen to the information in your native language, too. We would like to invite you to join us for a day in the studio and record the translated script in front of the microphone. Nobody speaks your native tongue as well as you!
